Exchanges/returns are accepted from items bought from the website up to 14 business days
from the day the delivery was received, as long as the jewelry was not used.
The exchange or return will take place at the studio in Raanana with a scheduled appointment,
with the original packaging of the jewelry and the warranty card.
If you cannot come to the studio, you can send the jewelry through registered mail back to the
address of the studio, in its original packaging, safely packaged and with a warranty card.
After you send the package, send the tracking number either to our email or phone number.

There are no exchanges for custom made orders (ex. personal engraving), or orders that are not
shown on the website.
If the size of the jewel is not right, you can change the size with no additional cost.
